Trinity River Authority
The Trinity River Authority transforming 16.57 acres in Arlington into a modern, high-performing office campus. The project combines thoughtful site development with a sustainable design, featuring integrated rain gardens, advanced stormwater management, and a pedestrian bridge that enhances connectivity across the site. The development includes internal drives, parking, walkways, utilities, and supporting infrastructure, all designed for efficiency and long-term performance. An acoustically rated mechanical yard ensures seamless operations while maintaining a cohesive site aesthetic. At its core, the campus features a 55,000-square-foot, two-story office building with administrative offices, a boardroom, and a fitness facility, complemented by an adjacent 13,000-square-foot office building.

2025 Bond Program
Argyle ISD
Syncra will provide comprehensive Owner’s Representative services in support of the voter-approved bond program for Argyle Independent School District. Syncra’s services will include program-level oversight, budget and schedule management, procurement support, design and construction management, reporting to district leadership, and proactive risk management to ensure successful delivery of bond-funded projects while maintaining fiscal responsibility and accountability to the community.
