With a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from UT Arlington and 29 years of experience, Rola has worked in architecture, construction, and ownership roles—bringing unmatched insight to every project. Her personal work style is organized, communicative, detail-oriented, and always approachable.

Over the course of her career, Rola directed bond programs totaling more than $1.7 billion across multiple Texas school districts, managed large-scale aviation projects at DFW International Airport, and guided teams of architects, contractors, and district leaders through every phase of design and construction. Her leadership has consistently delivered facilities that meet complex program requirements while staying on schedule and within budget.
Executive Director of Construction Services (2022–2025)
Rola managed Keller ISD’s $315 million 2019 Bond Program, overseeing all phases of design and construction to ensure projects met program requirements, schedules, budgets, codes, and district standards. She worked closely with construction managers and contractors, provided progress updates to the School Board, Superintendent, and Bond Oversight Committee, and conducted facility assessments with actionable recommendations.
Program Management Director, Orcutt | Winslow Architects (2022–2023)
Rola served as design manager for Fort Worth ISD’s $1.2 billion 2021 Bond Program. She coordinated design meetings with A/E firms, reviewed constructability at key milestones, and advised district leadership on scope, schedule, and budget. She also attended construction meetings and site inspections, acting as liaison between principals, district operations, architects, and contractors.
Executive Director of Architecture & Facility Management (2018–2022)
Rola directed Midlothian ISD’s $268 million 2016 Bond Program while managing construction, maintenance, and custodial departments with a staff of nearly 200. She procured and administered construction projects and professional services, coordinated land acquisitions, maintained life cycle replacement schedules, and ensured compliance with codes and district standards. She presented updates to district leadership and the School Board, while prioritizing risk management, professional development, and customer service.
Aviation Project Manager, Associate, HKS, Inc. (2015–2017)
Rola oversaw consultants in programming, planning, design, and construction of aviation projects at DFW International Airport. She managed quality control, budgets, schedules, and compliance, ensuring projects adhered to airport design criteria and codes. She coordinated with airport leadership, facilities management, and regulatory agencies.
Construction Contract Administrator (2003–2015)
At VLK Architects, Rola administered construction contracts and collaborated with project teams to deliver K–12 and commercial projects across Texas.

With more than 40 years in public education, Clete has served at every level of district leadership, advancing from teacher and coach to campus principal and ultimately Chief Operations Officer, a role he held for 15 years. In that time, he directed districtwide operations including transportation, maintenance, child nutrition, health services, and construction, while leading bond programs, land acquisition, and more than 2 million square feet of new construction and renovation. Having sat on the district side of the table for decades, he brings clients a working understanding of how decisions are made and how projects actually get delivered.
